Ford announced today that 1,000 orders have been place for the 2011 Ford Fiesta just six days after its North American debut at the 2009 LA Auto Show. The 2011 Fiesta achieves a class-leading 40mpg on the highway. Pricing starts at $13,320 and will go on sale in summer of 2010.
