Tesla is planning to launch a high-volume selling BMW 3-series like car by 2015. Tesla hopes increase Tesla's output to around 200,000 cars a year with the price expected to be around $30,000.Tesla Motors is a high-performance electric car company. Elon Musk, CEO and Chairman of Tesla, founded PayPal and SpaceX, a company that builds satellites for the U.S. government.
